a leaky vessl.

From the things You say, You don’t budge
You’re faithful to save and You’re faithful to judge
The God who is just is not one of us
The faithful God is the God we can trust
We can’t trust us, on You we rely
Everything we need, Lord, You will supply
Even when we’re faithless, You remain faithful
You cannot deny Yourself

It’s easy to be mister read-a-lot
Instead of being mister be-a-lot.
Why do we define ourselves by what we are not?
Instead of who we are we tell them where we stop

Innovative. Yay or nay?

The Downside of Cohabiting Before Marriage

Cohabitation in the United States has increased by more than 1,500 percent in the past half century. In 1960, about 450,000 unmarried couples lived together. Now the number is more than 7.5 million. This shift has been attributed to the sexual revolution and the availability of birth control, and in our current economy, sharing the bills makes cohabiting appealing. But when you talk to people in their 20s, you also hear about something else: cohabitation as prophylaxis.

“Everytime I hug her I want my arms to be spread up on on the cross and I wanna die to my childish ways. And everytime I look into her eyes I want a crown of thorns to be placed upon my head so that I will surrender my thought life to her to her honour…”

Oh, to see my name written in the wounds,

Death is crushed to death; Life is mine to live
Won through Your selfless love

It’s normal to remember the day of somebody’s death. Anyone who’s lost a loved one knows that you’ll never forget the day they passed on. It’s the end of a life, and it’s heartbreaking.

Of course, as a human race, we don’t only remember loved ones. When important public figures die prematurely,…
